Bedeniuk Anatoliy Dmytrovych

Anatoliy Bedeniuk was born on March 18, 1959 in the villagebof Lyubeshiv district of Volyn region. In 1978 he graduated from Kivertsi Medical School. From 1978 to 1980 he served in the ranks of the Soviet Army. From 1980 to 1987 he studied at the Ternopil State Medical Institute.

After graduating in 1987, TSMI entered a clinical residency at the Department of Hospital Surgery, graduating in 1989. After studying in clinical residency he worked as a junior researcher at the Department of Hospital Surgery, TSMI. In July 1990 he was transferred to the position of assistant of this department. In 1991 he defended his PhD thesis in the specialty "Surgery" on the topic "Regional gastroduodenal blood flow and surgical treatment of recurrent sutured puncture ulcers" at the Moscow Medical and Dental Institute.

From January 1994 he worked as an associate professor at the Department of Hospital Surgery. In 2005 he was conferred the academic title of associate professor. Since July 2005 - Associate Professor of Surgery with Urology, Anesthesiology, Neurosurgery and Pediatric Surgery and since September 2010 - Associate Professor of Surgery with Urology and Anesthesiology №1.

From 1997 to 2005 - Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, from 2005 to 2006 held the position of Dean of the Faculty of Medicine. From December 2009 to September 2010 he worked as the Vice-rector for scientific-pedagogical and medical work.

In 2010 he defended his doctoral dissertation in the specialty "Surgery" on the topic "Prevention and treatment of complications of surgery for gastric and duodenal ulcer". On December 28, 2010 he was selected by the competition for the position of Head of Surgery № 1. From June 2014, he was re-elected for the position of Head of Surgery № 1 with Urology.

On May 17, 2012, he was awarded the academic title of Professor of Surgery.

The main directions of scientific development are optimization of methods of surgical treatment of patients with gastroduodenal ulcers, photomodified infusion-transfusion media and sorbets in detoxification therapy, study of endogenous intoxication and its effect on homeostasis in patients with gnorease in patients with gastric disease of osteoporosis prevention in surgical patients.

Has 210 scientific publications, 41 patent for invention, co-author of 2 textbooks ("Hospital Surgery", 1999, "Surgery", 2010), "Atlas of Surgery and Manipulations" (Section "Surgical Gastroenterology and Endocrinology"), manuals " Emergency Surgery (Section "Pancreatic Cysts)," Clinical Surgery (Section "Portal Hypertension Syndrome", "Pancreatic Cysts"), 3 monographs.

In 2001 he was awarded the badge of the Ministry of Science and Education of Ukraine “The Excellence in Education of Ukraine”.

In 2010, he was thanked by the Minister of Health of Ukraine “For significant achievements in professional activity and long conscientious work”.

In 2015 he was awarded the Ternopil City Council Distinction for his personal contribution to the development of science, economics, production, culture and art, for the introduction of advanced technologies in the fields of human life, active charity and public activity.

In 2016, he confirmed the highest certification category in the specialty "Surgery". As a surgeon doctor at EM, she makes consultative and medical visits during which she performs surgery on urgent indications.
